At Teddy Blake, we take pride in our Italian craftsmanship and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your luxury handbag is not the perfect fit, you may return it within 14 days of delivery provided it is in its original, unused condition with all protective packaging intact.

Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Prepare Your Package

Carefully pack the handbag in its original dust bag and box, ensuring all protective plastics and tags are still attached to prevent damage during transit.

Attach Shipping Label

Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

Receive Your Refund

Once our quality control team in Italy inspects and approves the return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
